Spring Forest Qi Gong - level 1 and level 2 mit Elisabetta Reist

Spring Forest Qi Gong was created by Master Chunyi Lin, a Chinese Qi Gong Master who lives in USA. Having seen how the Western world lives, he decided to create this method with simple movements because the original discipline cannot  easilz understood by the western mind. SFQ as it is called, is based on slow deep reespirationm, on soft and easz movements, on sound  and on focus. There are also guided meditations. This event introduces people to the first movements that are for healing the person her/himself. The second level  goes further and teaches movements to help other people heal.- I am a certified level 1 and level 2 instructor and a Master Healer and have been giving seminars now for manyyears already. 

To enrol please send an email to: ereistreistlingue.ch and I will send you the program and the enrolment form. It isnot necessary to enrol for both seminars. I suggest to people who have never done Qi Gong to enrol to level 1 only.
